PHC have carefully selected which products to add into it's portfolio so you don't have to, products were chosen on 5 simple but very important fundamental principals below.

1) Ease of use - There is no point installing a system which will require the user to have a masters in Quantum Physics, a system should be very simple to use for the home owners and their guests.

2) Functionality - A builder can build 8 Identical properties however the owners will all be unique, PHC have teamed up with leading manufacturers for which will all work as a single system, allowing a back bone single system to be installed and then with our carefully selected manufacturers these can be added on to the system to control areas of the property such as lighting, heating, blinds, audio & video.

3) Reliability - Whether your client is a developer. builder or Self Builder, you do not want to be recommending a system that is unreliable as this will reflect badly on the entire design aspect of your project, PHC have tested systems by having them installed in our own houses and then let the kids on them, because a unreliable system is a system that is not worth having.

4) Cost Effective - There is no point designing systems to you & your clients that are too far out of every bodies reach as this is a waste of time for everybody involved, PHC feel that we have chosen products that offer all of the useful functions of a high end system at a fraction of the cost.

5) Upgradable - The world of technology is rapidly changing with houses needing to be energy efficient while offering practical Home Entertainment and luxury, PHC systems are designed to meet the clients need for today and hopefully for the future, the systems we specify will allow the clients to upgrade products for which will easily integrate into the automated home as well as extra cables are specified for any future upgrades.

	Working with PHC incurs no additional cost to you, we also hope that working with us will simply your workload as we will work from your clients requirements & develop a system for your client. We can sit in on your project meetings as an advisor to help explain the functionality of the system designed.

	PHC can also send samples to your office so you can see how the interfaces look so they can be easily integrate into the design aspect of the project.
